In this coaching program, you will be following a 6 steps transformational process where you start implementing healthy, authentic physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual and professional habits into your life. The habits are the result of what you do on a daily basis and what you do is influencing what you think thus, by working on your habits you can sustainably change your thinking and be able to make a paradigm SHIFT  which is to perceive, understand and interpret the world in your own unique way so that you can start expressing your true self.

A habit can be defined as the intersection of knowledge, skills, and desire. In order to make something a habit in our lives, you need to have all three.

1. Getting the knowledge is the informational part, the what to do and why so before each shift we'll look at:

  • What is the monthly physical, mental, emotional, relational, spiritual and professional habit that can help you have the personal & professional life you really, really want;

  • Why is this habit important to you?

 

2. Learning the skills is understanding how to do it part where we'll explore and identify:

  • What is a simple action that you find pleasure in doing it daily;

  • How you can repeat this action for 30 days.

 

3. Sustaining the desire to take action is the want to do part and this is the step where most people usually give up after a while because it is a struggle to do it alone. In order to keep your motivation high, you need to have accountability and support so:

  • You will join The SHIFT Makers Facebook group and based on a question you make a live video with your answer after taking the daily action;

  • You will attend weekly, discovery and coaching sessions where you will receive the support you need to review and plan each week. It is highly important to be permanently clear and motivated to take action. This is the most valuable part of the program.

 

How does it work?

  1. After you are clear about everything you purchase the coaching program;

  2. Upon purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with an attached client profile questionnaire for me to tailor the coaching process to your needs and make our sessions as productive as possible;

  3. I will thoroughly analyze your answers to understand your values and beliefs, your goals and the motivation behind them;

  4. We will schedule the first discovery session and then decide the exact date when you want to start the first 30 days of making the physical SHIFT. We will then keep in touch every day as you will post a short Facebook live answering to the specific day question (Eg. #GoalSetting Monday: What do I want to achieve this week?).

What do you get with this program for 6 months?

  1. Daily accountancy for taking the action towards implementing the physical, mental, emotional, relational, spiritual and professional habits. You will join The SHIFT Makers Facebook Group where you will post your daily achievements and receive encouragement and recognition for your efforts- 180 days

  2. 20 individual coaching sessions (once a week during the shift)- 20 h

  3. 6 self-discovery sessions (once a month at the start of each shift)- 12 h

  4. The opportunity to join AMD Coaching and become an associate in the company after successfully finishing the program. Client requirements

  1. To fill out the client profile questionnaire after the purchase;

  2. To commit to doing his/her best to take the agreed daily action for implementing the habit. Flexibility in approach will be always considered;

  3. To own responsibility to post daily in the Facebook group for accountancy;

  4. To answer to the best of his/her ability to the pre-self-discovery session to get as clear as possible before the session about what he/she wants to shift every month;

  5. To establish weekly discovery, review and coaching sessions with the coach;

  6. To sign a coaching contract at the start of the program.

About the SHIFT facilitator

On February 16th, 2008, in a personal breakdown moment, I shifted from despair to trust.
